My birthday was last night so I tried a few things that I’ve just been sitting on downstairs…sitting on, staring at, hoarding, etc.
Aged Gueuze has to be the best thing ever. This isn’t my oldest bottle but it’s up there with best gueuze I’ve ever had. Age does wonders for this beer.
What measures do you take to avoid there being an awkward reflection on the glass of yourself taking a picture of beer? If it’s there, I can’t tell.
