Thanks Dak for sending me this. Enjoyed in a Riedel Bordeaux glass at fridge temp.

A – Hazy golden orange / yellow in appearance. Looks like tangerine juice. Gorgeous 2 finger tight bubbly head like a pillow. Fades slowly with decent lacing.

S – Huge bretty smells, lots of very bready yeast characteristics and mild fruits like muscat grapes, plum and kiwi. No funk at all on the nose.

T – Very chewy bready yeast taste, pineapple, citrus and pears. There’s this spiciness at the finish.

M – Nice carbonation on the mouth swish, medium body. Sweet peppery finish.

O – This is a nice beer. I like the brett addition a lot.
