I joined a new CSA this year, Cedar Circle Farm in Vermont. The first few weeks are winter-friendly veggies and more likely to survive our occasional cold snaps (like the 20 degree day we had last week). Things will get more exciting over time as I did the full half year + fruits. This week’s shipment was used for salads and stir fry.
