I realized that having two Bourbon County Stout variants on tap is going to for sure kill me, so I picked up 2 kegs today. One to drink now and another to age for a few months. The distributor threw in a tap handle!
Couldn’t wait to crack into the Allagash saison! Interesting that it stays in-code until August of next year (12 months after packaging). That’s quite a long shelf life for a non-wild saison. I like this beer fresh so I’m going to drink it ASAP.
