★ Homebrewing: Houston, we have a mash tun problem

I’m looking to do a huge 16%+ stout that will spend some time with bourbon and vanilla. Well, look at those red marks, It appears my 10 gallon mash tun isn’t going to cut it. I could go under 1.25 quarts per pound of grain and mash twice? It’s hard to say how this one will go but I’ve already ordered the grain so we’ll see!
