I have the keys (although they don’t work since the previous owners broke keys off in the locks) and the padlock combinations for the house. Next week, demolition starts and a fully gutting of the house interior, windows and a lot of work that will take roughly 2 months. The place is a dump right now. I can’t wait to see how beautiful it is once my contractor is done.
