3 neglected Apple products that could use some love

via Macworld.com:

But what about the Apple products that seem to sometimes go years without a refresh? There are more than a few of them, and while some occasionally find themselves in the rumor spotlight, others just continue chugging along as they are—perhaps doomed to an evolutionary dead-end, or maybe to be resurrected when Apple decides the moment is ripe.

Good list but I have my own that I think need refreshing / improving.

  1. Mesh Airport Network that connects to a central wired router that contains a USB-C port for a hard disk for Time Machine backups. I’d buy an 8 terabyte HDD and have turn-key backups for all devices along with Apple Routing & a mesh wifi network.
  2. Updated displays 27+30” in 5K resolution would be fantastic
  3. Ergonomic keyboard and mouse
  4. iPod Touch w/ iPhone 7 internals
  5. iPod Nano with 128GB capacity
  6. Pro Apple earphones
  7. Bedside dock that charges iPhone + Apple Watch
  8. A true HomeKit Siri extension Amazon Echo style, maybe the WiFi Mesh cubes that go all over the house could play music and take Siri commands?
  9. A line of home kit accessories made by Apple or at least designed by Apple and manufactured by other companies?
  10. The return of the Mac Mini Server
  11. Return of the XServe / XServe RAID
