Growler filled at Hill Farmstead. Kept in the fridge for right at 7 days and enjoyed 2 ways in stemware.
A – Golden orange color. orange white head with a small 2 finger lacing that fades slowly to a thin line.
S – The aroma, muted baked oranges, hay, grass, pine.
T – Similar to the aroma. Everything is kind of muted, low-key and simple.
M – dense mouthfeel, thicker than what I am used to with a sweet finish
O – This was a strange one. very hard to rate.
