Small bottle, 375? Split 2 ways after keeping it upright in the fridge for a week.

A – Very cloudy it’s this lemon color with a solid white foamy head like meringue

S – Very tropical aroma. Pineapple for sure, mango, lemon and oak. Mild acidity. Nothing off about this beer one bit.

T – Hmmm, it’s slightly tart but drinks more like a low hopped wit with a light Berliner essence than what I was expecting. Lots of use of tropical flavors in yeast or hops. Tastes very young despite the carbonation being on point

M – Very gentle carb, clean finish. Leaves a lingering lemon and wheat taste

O – Very nice beer. Will open another in a year
