A – This is a beautiful blood red color with a small head that fades slowly.
S – The aroma is very good. Whoa. So much fruit juice, light tannic acidity, wine barrel. Really impressive.
T – Well, there is a lot of vinegar here…whoa, to the finish holy crap a lot of vinegar. There’s also a bit of sulphur lingering at the finish. The beer up front has a lot of berry quality but holy vinegar bomb.
M – Thin and oily, a bit of saison elements here
O – Decent but like every American Wild, it’s too acidic in my opinion.
