Drinking with these guys is always a fun time. This was a small tasting starting at 8PM and going until midnight so a solid 4 hours and then we spent 12-1AM finishing off our favorite beers and chatting for a bit. I was up at 7AM and drove back to New Hampshire and back on the grind. Pulled out some Hill Farmstead Prolegomena and Madness & Civilization #2 for tonight among a couple of other cellared beers to see how they’re drinking.
