There’s a group of Golf R owners that take these drives in the canyons north of Los Angeles almost weekly. I was feeling jealous and decided to propose a similar drive in the Berkshires mount ranges. We had 25 people show interest but once a location and date were set, only 6 cars showed which isn’t bad for a first run. I’ll do another one next year and open it up to R32 and other past-gen “R” models on a similar route. It was a lot of fun though. It’s just a shame we have to wait all Winter to do it again.
