I’ve been having dinner and beers with Tim and 3-4 other RateBeer users in Gent since 2011. They’re a great group and Tim’s cooking is awesome. He prepared Celery Root with rice and other spices. Really delicious! Plus it’s been awesome to see his little boy grow up who is now walking and talking. He’s one of the kindest RateBeer guys in Belgium. I took a few photos of our bottle lineup. The Hill Farmstead Growlers were filled Tuesday afternoon and opened Thursday morning (USA time). Probably the freshest these guys have had.
