Before Chris and I drove to Chicago, we did a small beer tasting with 3 other people at his place. The Backyard Rye was great to have 1 year after bottling and I think it’s improved over what we had in November & January. Tart of Darkness with Cherries was another stand-out and the Gose Gone Wild was probably my favorite beer of the evening.
