2006 Reserva enjoyed with Tommy and others.
A – Dark orange almost a bronze gold. Nice alcohol legs, flat obviously.
S – Has a huge fruity apple and pear with a little bit of clove and prune. Nose is pretty huge with lots of fruit
T – Wow. There is a ton of flavor in this one. It has an almost rotten apple finish. up front I get blueberry, apple, honeysuckle and just loads and loads of apple.
M – Thick, viscous and oily. coats every aspect of the tongue and leaves a lot of sweetness
O – This is a very unique cider. I’d love to get more!
