★ Travel: Brewery 3 Fonteinen – Beersel, Belgium

In the first of hopefully many posts from Belgium, I wanted to share a beautiful Saturday morning visit to my favorite Guezerie in the world.

Brewery 3 Fonteinen — Armand & Michael are featured in most of the updated 3 Fonteinen photos around the brewery, Michael who joined 4-5 years ago is now a partner in the brewery operations along with Armand’s Wife and Bastien

Brewery 3 Fonteinen — The brewery with their 4 coolships shown in the shadows. I believe each coolship holds 1000 liters each for a total of 4K liters of spontaneous wort per batch. Armand has storage off-site for all of the lambic produced now
