I watched this video twice today and really enjoyed the very scientific elements of Chad’s discussion. I’ve recently began reading his Brettanomyces documents which are way above my head but hugely fascinating. Anyone brewing beer, drinking wild ales or cellaring beer will enjoy this video immensely and I’m glad it wasn’t edited down for ADHD YouTube kids.
