Myself and 2 other dudes had some beers on Saturday. We started with home-brew and then did some Hill Farmstead 1 litre growlers. Then to White Chocolate and Melange 3 followed by everything else.
Old Stock ’09 continues to be my favorite barley wine but that beer is not as good as it was a year ago and I have one bottle left. Not sure how much longer I should hold on to it. White Chocolate was last year and Melange was 2 old as well. I enjoyed those and the ’09 Gratitude was Oxidized to all Hell. really a shame! Gorgeous label though so we decided not to open the 2012 Gratitude. I must trade for more Cycle Brewing beers. DOS was amazing.
