Not that I’ve heard any complaints but one reader did email me asking why I haven’t posted any reviews. The truth is, I’ve been spending the last month drinking down “undesirables” in my cellar and will continue this for quite a while. Whales are sleeping happily in my cellar but I’m working through a log of about 100 12oz bottles extra’d to me in trades that I never got around to drinking. This also aligns with my goals of drinking less this month and drinking under 30 ounces of beer per day down from the previous 60 ounces a day.
I guess that doesn’t really answer the lack of reviews question but basically, I try to only post reviews of special beers, not for your entertainment but because photos of rare beers properly tagged equals Google image search traffic and not many people are looking for photos of “normal” beers so, unless it’s something special, I rarely photograph it and put it on the blog.

Here’s a shot of one of the two shelves that I call “drink first”. I’d love to open a few lambics from the Belgium trip but these beers have to get priority. I have a lot of work to do.
