The raspberry hefeweizen has found a nice balance despite the low ABV. The citra is still too bitter considering it’s 3.5% instead of an expected 7%. Finally, the orange porter which was just too much orange is tasting fantastic. Lots of balance. Friends were right. Just wait a bit and see how they’re tasting. Don’t dump drinkable beer if the taste is not right on what you expect it to taste like.
