I had a great time cooking with Elizabeth this week some delicious foods. I wanted to share, in photos some of these foods. Each of them involved beer in some way in the recipe.

Hopped hot dogs????????
care to share a little more about how those ended up? Where did you get the idea to do that!?!?!?!

They were okay. I’m not sure if I’d do it again. Basically, 2 ounces of hop pellets with a DIPA base. You get some hopped bitterness after 4 hours but not as much as I was hoping for. Maybe I could boil the hops with the hot dogs next time? Not sure.
They were just okay. If you have hops laying around, try it but, I wouldn’t spend the money again.
