These two photos really capture just how terrible the experience is when someone tries to buy an Alienware PC (now a part of Dell). Alienware was a company that made PCs that were incredible. I used to tear out ads in PC Magazine and put them on my wall. The Area 51 was a sexy case with components that were simply incredible. Now, they’re just another Dell.
Yes, Microsoft Office is considered an addon that “Adjusts Performance” and after spending over an hour deciding what wallpaper to choose for my new PC, I got overwhelmed and gave up. Wallpaper is a HUGE choice! There’s nothing about this PC to actually customize except for wallpaper and what kind of keyboard you want. This is Alienware we’re talking about. Oh well.
