Linked: “The White House Flickr Account Just Changed Hands from Obama to Trump”

via PetaPixel:

If and when Trump does appoint a White House photographer, the Flickr account is waiting for him. Currently it’s conspicuously empty, displaying only a default header image, the White House profile photo, and the message “The White House hasn’t made any photos public yet.”

I loved all of the pro-digital initiatives kicked off by the Obama Administration. The active use of social media gave us all a look inside of the executive branch of our governing body. No matter how you feel about any current sitting representative, social media is no longer a fad. It’s here to stay and I have no idea who is photographing President Trump or where their photos are being posted. I had an RSS Feed for The White House’ Flickr Page. It’s been dormant. SAD!
