Great job by Jason talking us on a walk down memory lane. I’ve owned every PowerBook / MacBook since the G3 Pismo. I have not yet owned a Retina MacBook (2015/2016) but I am pretty sure I will one day if I start traveling more than I am. Obviously, whatever is the most recent notebook is Apple’s best but when you look at them all side by side and take yourself back to the year it was released, I’d say the G4 PowerBook was my favorite. Its size, speed and battery life for the time was amazing and it set the stage for how Apple’s notebooks look today. Let’s just not talk about how bad the Titanium coating chipped & scratched w/ use :)
