Most recent batch. Paid $13.99 at local Co-Op. Dark red pour. 3 finger egg white head that faded to a single One finger. Smells great. Cereal, cherries, plum and wood. Hmm. This is pretty darn good. Cherry is sweeter than I expected. Juicy, tart. Very sour in the middle. Finish is cherry salad, vinegar, oak, wine and Brett. Nice mouthfeel fro, the bottle conditions. This will age very well I think. It’s very sweet now but that’s temporary.
