500 picked up at hill farmstead a few months ago. Dense 3 finger white head. Pours a lightly hazy gold. Smell is very earthy and a lot of grass, herbs and such. Starts with a light tartness then goes to this super peppery herbal beer with a lot of salad and spice and a little honey. Very yeasty. Tries to be like Arthur with no sour and a lot of spice.
