Heather and I dropped by Canaan speedway after taking recycling to the transfer station on Saturday and I took a few photos of the first NHKA race of the season. Pretty impressive. Classes are by engine size and kids obviously have restrictions on the size engine they can ride. It’s all very organized. I was impressed by how fast some of these karts go. One guy said his kart did 130MPH at Daytona Speedway in the straight-away.
