If we have everything we’ve asked for by 1PM on Tuesday, 3/8 at the latest, we can close on Friday, 3/11. After that date/time, each subsequent day without the requested documents will move the closing back by one business day. This is due to the titling work that then needs to be completed and mailed to us at the branch.
