375ML Split 2 ways. Allowed to rest at fridge temp for a few weeks and enjoyed in HF Stemware @ home.

A – Has a little yellow gold cloudiness which could be that it just didn’t sit upright long enough. 2 finger white head that fades to some decent lacing.

S – Aroma is more akin to a pilsener with chamomile than a saison. Has a very mild tartness.

T – Herbal, vegetable like, faint oatmeal taste with mild apple and persimmon. There’s a slight medicinal quality to this one.

M – Mouthfeel, pillow-like, bold, slightly bitter as it fleets

O – It’s good but most likely the weakest in the LoG series so far. The pepper spice, vegetable and plastic are not my favorite and there’s a pilsener like quality.
