75CL acquired through the Founders Club enjoyed at fridge temp a week after opening, split 2 ways in HF stemware.
A – No cork pop and the cider is golden orange with a lot of suspended sediment.
S – Sulphur / rotten egg aroma with a lot of apple and some oranges as well.
T – Wow, this is incredibly unique. Tart, juicy, bright, acidic, lots of apple with peach, nectarine and kiwi. Very tropical with this great wine barrel acidity and tartness from the natural yeast.
M – Very dry, really coats the tongue.
O – Incredibly unique. I have to wonder if this was #1 of the series but released after #2 and #3 because they expected it to carbonate and it didn’t. I don’t care, it’s still great. I’ll buy another bottle and wait 5 years because I have a feeling this one is going to carb.
