Bottle with the QC Guys

A – 75CL bottle split a few ways at cellar temp. Popped the cap and just a small bit of CO2 hissed out. No gush thankfully. Poured a reddish black with a small head that faded fast….brown-ish head.

S – A little bit of acetone aroma, nectarine, apricot, barley and vanilla aroma.

T – the taste is certainly better than aroma. Quite sour, melded decently with the porter-like roast and chocolate. Vanilla, cinnamon and a little other unknown spice with no real barrel presence. this is a weird one but Sante pulled it off.

O – Good bottle conditioned tiny bubbles but they don’t explode and lasting malt bitterness with vanilla remain
