750ML Bottle at the QC Tasting.
A – Enjoy at fridge temp. Poured a nice reddish strawberry color that turns into a raspberry color with a single finger pink head that sticks around only fading slowly
S – Has a raspberry aroma. I don’t know what the fruit is but it has a faint raspberry with a bit of strawberry, blueberry and sour grapes with oak tannins.
T – Taste is woody, earthy, mulch-like with some moss and raspberry. Has a Smucker’s like sweetness. There’s a tartness throughout that certainly sticks around long after sipping.
M – Thin body overall
O – I mean it’s good but not great. I don’t know if this is a rare release or not..doing all of these blind but I wouldn’t trade for it.
