A – Gushed as soon as we opened but I caught it and we only lost a drop. Slightly cloudy pour although wasn’t when I opened it..that’s CO2 for you. thin white head that remains. yellowish orange color.

S – The nose is really good. You get Riesling grape undeniably with peach, tangerine, wheat. It’s a great nose with only a little tart.

T – Okay, this is a standout Terreaux beer for me. Tart, lemon grass, wheat, sour candies but not intense, sweetness with a nice solid european hop bitterness like Saaz and some citrus at the finish with a little bit of Reisling grape perhaps.

M – Dense carbonation, well blended. I enjoy the citrus tartness throughout.

O – This was a surprise stand-out for me. Really impressive.
