Bottle Acquired in a trade. Bomber, Split 3 ways at around 40F in stemmed wine glasses. This is rating #4,001.
A – This beer is completely pitch black and oily and has a great obviously present alcohol legs with some boozy fingers on the glass. Swirl presents a single finger coffee colored head.
S – The aroma is like 100% coconut. Wow. It has this Proprietor’s aroma from 2013. coconut juice galore and whiskey barrel. It smells incredible.
T – A load of coconut, a bit of pina colada, cream, coconut, milk frothy with some delicious chocolate and unsweetened chocolate. OOOH vanilla at the finish.
M – A thick velvety almost espresso like mouthfeel. followed by a thin fleeting bakers chocolate and cream.
O – This is pretty special The booze is a bit at level 11 on this but it’s going to be great in a year or two.
