AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20

AdamChandler (4004) – Enfield, New Hampshire, USA – DEC 26, 2015

Bottle from a trade in July. Split 5 ways at fridge temp.

A – A nice burnt golden orange a single finger head that faded fast

S – Smells tart in the aroma with just a little bit of peach and tropical fruits.

T – Very bitter up front and throughout the finish, a little close to astringent, older hops, a lot of bitterness, very little sour. almost maltier than sour the did a nice job crafting this one.

M – Insanely good mouthfeel, dense and thick and creamy.

O – Decent beer, you can taste the booze, it’s a nice mouthfeel but overall, a mis-matched high ABV, hoppy wild ale.
