75CL Bottle. Thanks Heather for sharing. I only bought 3 of these so I’ll be opening mine each with a bit more age but she likes her saisons fresh. Split 2 ways, sat upright in the fridge @ 34F for 2 weeks.

A – Despite the time sitting @ cold temps, the beer is still very cloudy which I can only attribute to the mango / fruit in this beer. Mostly Shaun’s beers are insanely clear after some time. A very light orange color almost no head.

S – Well the aroma is great. Bursting with tropical fruits, mango, a little bit of squash or holiday herbs. Wine, oak, kiwi and other juiciness going on.

T – Well holy crap. This is good. I’d say this is more close to “sour candy” than the 2nd Leaves of Grass beer. Has a warheads quality to it with airheads candy and a ton of mango. Very juicy, very tart, solid acidity. Hmm, this one is pretty darn unique.

M – The mouthfeel is a little oily. There was very head, very little carbonation, etc. I bet with time, this is going to burst with CO2 goodness.

O – This is very sour but not over the top. Very unique. I’m here to request everyone make more mango beers.
