375ML Bottle picked up a few days ago @ Hill Farmstead. $8 a person. Split 3 ways at fridge temp.
A – A little bit of a gush when I opened it. Nice pour. hazy yellow/orange appearance. a 1 finger white head that faded to a small thin line.
S – I for sure smell green tea. Has an aroma of those Starbucks Green Tea Fraps. I get a slight bit of citrus but not much.
T – Taste is spicy, juicy, fruity. Not really apple, green tea or citrus but there is this herbal tea-like taste that lingers long after the finish. It’s tart with a little oak tannins. I get the american hops, juicy and maybe now as it’s opened up some citrus.
M – Excellent mouthfeel. Crisp and good carbonation.
O – This was a very unique and interesting beer. I’m in on trying the rest of these. The low-ABV really shows.
