Picked up a bottle at Hill Farmstead a few weeks ago. Enjoyed at 40F split 4 ways and allowed to warm.
A – Great, clear, golden orange color. 2 finger head, great cap pop.
S – The aroma is intense but wonderful. Sulphur, eggs, oak, lemons, grassy wheat and wine.
T – Taste, it’s thin right now but that will for sure change with more time in the bottle. great tartness, lemon, lime, oak, wine, a lot of flavor here. complexity of Ann and Flora.
M – Good but will for sure improve.
O – I enjoyed this. If you have a bottle, crack it open and save that second for 6 months because the carbonation is still developing it seems.
