Acquired in a trade a few months ago. Shared 4 ways in stemware.
A – Nice looking pour…oh, batch 2 of this. hazy dark golden orange. 2 finger solid white head
S – Dry aroma, coriander, spice, peppery, tannic and oaky.
T – Very dry, a ton of wine notes.There is a faint sweetness at the finish. Lots of oak, tannic, grapes, honey.
M – Excellent mouthfeel. has a sparkling wine with the thickness of beer mouthfeel to it
O – This beer is exceptional. I was afraid for more too-sour american wilds but this was very well crafted.
