Only 50 bottles made. Looks like this test mead is slightly better than the regular ginger. It was intense and really only enjoyable in small quantities.
A – Golden yellow, a little haze / tiny sediment. Looks much darker than regular Ginger had side-by-side.
S – Smells spicy, oily, very faint ginger with unsweetened melon.
T – is is very spicy compared to the other ginger. Almost intense, spicy, oily, really a ton going on here. Straight up ginger but this super spicy taste.
M – Dense, thick, not overly sweet.
O – I enjoyed this considerably more than the other. Still wish I loved Ginger.
