A – Dark orange color, still.
S – Nose is ginger, sweet brown sugar, syrup, bitter oranges, some medicinal aroma.
T – weet, a lot of spicy ginger in this one, it’s an intense mead. You get a lot of those ginger snap cookies elements.
M – Excellent mouthfeel. Coats the tongue, almost velvet.
O – Well crafted and certainly well designed but falls short of the promise. The mouthfeel is spot on though.
