12oz Bottle from a trader in PDX. Split 2 ways @ fridge temp and allowed to warm
A – Brown and red hues. Very mild carbonation, very little head.
S – The aroma is great! tons of jammy qualities, tree fruit, belgian yeast and dense malts.
T – So, there’s a lot of thickness here. Wishing there was way more carbonation. The taste though…for sure very Pannepot like. Malty, sweet, lots of sugar and a very good yeast presence.
M – Mouthfeel, oily, thick and sadly pretty much flat.
O – This was a fantastic beer. I enjoyed it a lot and rating would have been higher if carbonation was more lively.
