A – Pitch black 2 finger espresso head. Looks fantastic in the glass, nice oily sheen.
S – Really nice aroma. Sweet, whiskey liqueur and brown sugar and maple syrup with a solid espresso. A little smoke/tobacco
T – Sweet taste. Milk chocolate some burned oak and marshamallow as well as almonds. Good barrel presence with for sure sweet liquor and a little blackberry. Very well layered and extremely balanced
M – Dense oily mouthfeel with soft carbonation
O – This was an incredible imperial stout. The layering of flavors and overall presentation of this beer is remarkable.
