This is the 2nd beer from Uli Kremer in collaboration with Freigeist. While he is known for his home-brewed blended Oude Gueuze and other Lambiek creations, collaborating with a licensed brewery is good because it allows people to actually rate the beers on RateBeer. I’ve only had a few of his beers and this one was well done.

A – A bit hazy. Dark orange brown. 2 finger head. Off white head. Great Cork pop! Thought it would gush but no.
S – Aroma is very cheesy and musty. Good lemon tart pastrie aroma and some acetic acid.
T – Cheese and lemon cake persist. Little bit of metal but not much along with a little popcorn finish. Very well blended. Brett funk and basement must are present.
M – Very soft delicate and filling mouthfeel
O – Uli provides another very nice product. good job!
