A – Pours a dark red, pitch black, 1 finger head.
S – This smells amazing! Cinnamon is very prominent. coffee, not so much. Milk Chocolate aroma, some rye, spice and herbs.
T – Sweet, toffee, tons of very well integrated cinnamon, good fresh coffee. Insanely delicious
M – Dense, sugary sweet, oily. good finish.
O – If you missed Goose Island Prop 2014, then grab a bottle of this. It’s just as good and without any hype. It’s NOT an Imperial stout but taste-wise, you’re getting a lot of Prop qualities.
