A – Pitch black pour, looks thick and dense. a 1 finger espresso head that fades quickly.
S – Aroma is straight up Andes candy bars. Mint, chocolate, roasted notes…not getting a lot of rosemary aroma.
T – Well, there is a ton of Mint & Rosemary in this beer..it’s borderline medicinal like one of those Italian Aperitif liqueurs with a ton of mint. The taste on my tongue long after swallowing is like straight up medicine.
M – Dense thick, oily and robitussin finish
O – this was a unique beer to try but the mint and rosemary just do weird things to it.
