Technically, this is very much a home-brew, a white whale of the Oude Gueze world. It only has a few RateBeer ratings and the place is legit but I believe it’s operated out of someone’s house or something like that. There’s very little info online and it comes in a Grolsch Swing-top bottle. The beer itself..amazing. This is a great beer so if you can find a bottle, go after it.

S – aroma is great., lemon, lime, sourdough bread and some hard boiled eggs. Eggs being the only negative but it’s not a bad aroma.
T – Taste is nice. it is a little sweet, some sulfur. Very yeasty, has a lot of mineral water, lemon zest.
M – really great mouthfeel. has a nice citrus explosion. funk is toned down and acidity is also very low.
O – Well, this is a special beer. I’m happy to have had it. So good! Would love to have it again.
