A – Has a very light pink, 1 finger head, looks just like strawberries.
S – Nose is nice. Jammy strawberry, oak, a very faint jolly rancher or sweet candy
T – Thin and not very exciting as far as the complexity. Certainly straight up strawberry juice with wheat and a very tart almost sour candy finish. Not all that acidic, some lacto sulphur taste
M – Not explosive but bottle conditioning is helpful
O – Generally pretty good considering strawberries are the worst fruit ever made. I like it.
