I’ve been passively trying to get more Lambic-Gueuze reviews lately and on RateBeer, I’ve had 59 different Gueuze since joining in January of 2012. There are 41 I have not had for a total on RateBeer of 100 unique entries globally. Not all of these are actual Lambiek and some are fake but do their best to be the real thing just not quiet.

I have a lot of bottles still to acquire and some of these will only be found @ Akkurat in Stockholm which I’ll be visiting in a few months. I decided to open a few of these bottles (and some other Lambiek) over the next few days and I’ll post reviews here. It won’t be a huge fanfare but will certainly make the content a bit nicer over the next week. All of the bottles are chilling in my fridge and I look forward to sharing them with you all. Since I’ll be drinking these all by myself, if anyone in the area wants to drop in for some bottles, let me know.
