I’m still doing my best to learn more about Champagne. I did a tasting last week with only 4 people but we did end up going through 6 bottles. Almost every Rose’ from a trusted house is mind-blowing. The Veuve Clicquot Rose’ was no exception. Of these, the Monopole Heidsieck Brut was the best for me personally. Others preferred the Moet standard Champagne and Perrier – Jouet scored 3rd overall.
